Kelsey Holtz, WCTC Interior Design graduate
The Interior Design program set me up for success in my future endeavors. After the design program, I knew I wanted to go on for a bachelor’s degree. I decided to go to the University of Wisconsin – Stout for Sustainable Management. Almost all of my credits transferred, which was a huge relief. That program was online only, and WCTC’s design program was a great way to prepare. Having come from the WCTC design program, I have a great appreciation for what it has assisted me in accomplishing in a short period of time.
Toni Robinson, WCTC Interior Design graduate
One of the biggest ways in which the program prepared me for my career was by requiring a year of internships. I was lucky enough to get hired as an intern at Forrer Business Interiors where they allowed me to do things like attend client meetings and have projects of my own. This gave me a lot of real-world experience. They chose to hire me on full time when I graduated, so it also gave me a starting point for my career. In general, I think that WCTC is well regarded within the industry. When I tell people where I graduated from, I’m proud of it.
